Information stored only on your device:

• If you choose to download a story for offline listening, the audio file is saved locally on your device's storage. This data never leaves your device and is not visible to us.
• Standard iOS system data (e.g., app crash logs collected by Apple, if you have diagnostics sharing enabled in your iOS Settings) is governed by Apple's own privacy practices, not ours — we do not receive or access this data directly.

How the App Works

When you open the App, it fetches a list of available stories (titles, categories, and links to audio/image/text files) from our content delivery network. This is a standard content request, similar to loading a webpage — it does not include any information that identifies you personally.

Third-Party Services

The App's content (audio, images, story text) is delivered via a cloud content delivery network. This service delivers content on our behalf and does not receive any personal information about you through its use in this App.

This website (jagannathkatha.uk) uses Google Analytics to understand overall visitor traffic (e.g., page views, general location, device type). Google Analytics only loads if you accept it via the cookie banner shown on your first visit — if you reject or ignore it, no analytics script loads. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, or opt out generally using Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The App itself does not include Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics SDK — this only applies to the website.

We do not use any other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. If this changes in a future update, this policy will be updated to disclose the specific service, what data it collects, and link to that service's own privacy policy.

Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for a general audience, including children, and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because the App has no accounts, forms, or data entry of any kind, no personal information is collected regardless of the user's age.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any personal information with third parties. The App collects none to share. The website shares only the aggregate, non-identifying analytics data described above, and only if you consent.

Your Choices

• You can delete any downloaded story audio at any time from within the App's Settings screen ("Clear all downloads"), or by deleting the App itself, which removes all locally stored data.
• You can reject or change your cookie consent choice on this website at any time.
• Since no account or personal data exists, there is no account to delete or data-access request to make beyond what's described above.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we add new features that involve data collection (such as analytics or optional user accounts in the future). Any changes will be posted at this same URL with an updated "Last updated" date.
